Chocolate one of the most appreciated and loved ingredients!

I am in love with chocolate and the shapes it can take!

December is the month when I fall in love … I wanted to create something beautiful, unique and special … that’s how the story of Christmas trees came into being!

They were made from hand-tempered Belgian chocolate, and each fir tree then carefully decorated! I used many colors, magic and good will! Even Anisia had her fir tree that she decorated as she felt!

And as each fir tree must be animated by the atmosphere of the winter holidays, we also made chocolate globes! These wonderful globes were especially enjoyed by the children !!!
