Tangerine, the first shape that conquered me !!! As I saw this silicone at Pavoni I told to myself that it is a must to have it. It wasn’t long and I took my entire collection of moldings!

At first glance you would say that it is very easy to work with them … it depends very much on what results you want to achieve. After a few attempts I reached the result I wanted! As important criteria that I followed in their achievement, the perfect shape and the resistance to transport were the first! Last year I made some unique candy bars that amazed people by the beauty of these fruits! Many have asked me what they are … if they are covered with marzipan or sugar paste, if they are fruit drawn in sugar as they were made long time ago … .. many questions until one got to deal with the fruit.

Cinnamon characterizes me! The first composition I thought for tangerine was the chocolate mousse with milk, cinnamon, orange and orange jelly insert!

I also decided for the second composition of tangerine, namely: milk chocolate mousse and cinnamon with a vanilla cremeux! The composition conquered me right away !!

I love chocolate and its various shapes !!!
